Indemnity Waiver for Research Compounds
In consideration of my purchase of research compounds from Galaxy Peptide, I, the undersigned customer, hereby agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Galaxy Peptide, its officers, directors, employees, agents, representatives, successors, assigns, and affiliates (collectively, the “Merchant”), from and against any and all claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or relating to the purchase, possession, handling, storage, distribution, or use of the research compounds.
I acknowledge and agree that the research compounds offered by the Merchant are intended solely for laboratory and research purposes and are not intended for human consumption, veterinary use, therapeutic use, or any other unauthorized purpose. I further acknowledge that these compounds have not been evaluated or approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for human use.
I agree to use, handle, store, and dispose of the research compounds in accordance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and industry standards. I assume full responsibility for any consequences arising from my purchase, possession, or use of these products.
By purchasing from Galaxy Peptide, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and voluntarily agreed to the terms of this Indemnity Waiver.
